See what comes up, then narrow it down by geography. Of course you can call your venue and see if they recommend any New York photographers--some places keep a list of their favorites.

Bottom line--you want the best photographer possible, one who shoots in the style you want, who is a PROFESSIONAL (not weekend shooter with a digital camera) and who helps you both feel comfortable.
